Mesh Partitions

Mesh partitioning is a construction technique that uses weldmesh sheets to create a flexible yet strong framework.

The mesh panel, which can be any size or shape desired, is then fitted into the framework and secured with spot welding.

Mesh partitioning was originally developed as an economical way of dividing large spaces in factories and warehouses for different purposes such as offices, storage areas, workshops etc.

Panels are constructed from 43 x 43 x 1.2 mm (18g) cold rolled angles and 32 x 32 x 0.7mm (22g) cold rolled tee bars with 25 x 25 x 2.5mm (12g) weldmesh sheets spot welded into the framework, supported by 80 x 40 box section 3mm Thick.

Panels are premanufactured and are easy to assemble on site and can be customised to fit your specific requirements, typical uses of mesh partitions include:

  • Creating safe & secure areas
  • Securing machinery
  • Securing items of value
  • Storing hazardous goods/liquids
  • Segregating work areas

Mesh partition doors are available including side hung or sliding with a wide range of locks & security options.

“I would like to take this opportunity to say many thanks, to yourself foremost but indeed all of your team and contractors who have done a really good job within the timescale and with little or no effect on our production. Hopefully our paths will cross again, if /when we expand further.”
