As the ground floor was to be used to work on classic cars, we designed and installed a mezzanine with minimum columns, as such a 10m clear span between columns was required, suitable foundations were installed to accommodate the high loads.  The first floor was to be used as a break out area so public use handrails were fitted along the perimeter edges and staircase.
