Operating as both principal contractor and principal designer our works commenced in July 2024 and working to a tight seven week programme, TDI Systems Ltd were able to achieve the timeline and budget for Wagner UK to move into their new premises in early August. Existing partitions and ceilings were removed and the lighting and power was altered to suit the new layouts, new meeting rooms and directors offices were installed. As sound retention was paramount all new partitions were double boarded and sound baffles installed above within the ceiling voids. All glazed partitions were double glazed with acoustic graded glass doors and a acoustic solid folding wall was also installed that enables the space to be quickly divided or opened up as required.
