Office Mezzanine Installed in Bristol

The Problem:

The Pitchmark Group are leading worldwide suppliers of line marking paint, machines and equipment. They offer a complete range of line marking paints for natural grass, artificial grass and hard surfaces. Due to rapid expansion for the award winning family business they moved to larger business premises but required additional office space to accommodate their staff.

The Solution:

Following a vigorous tender process TDI were awarded the contract in July 22 to supply and install a mezzanine floor to increase the existing first floor office space whilst maintaining a usable warehouse space below. The mezzanine supports a new breakout area and board room above and due to the column placements no impact has been made on the ground floor below which is used for manufacturing. Our package included all partitions above and below the mezzanine, mezzanine floor, fire rated ceilings, frameless glass offices, decorations, fire stopping, insulation and all carpentry works.

The Outcome:

All works were completed on time and within budget to the highest standards and provides additional office space to facilitate our clients needs for many years to come.
