Warehouse Fit-Out in Coventry

The Problem:

DP World has taken another major step in its ambition to be the UK’s leading logistics provider by opening its largest ever warehouse. The 598,000 sq ft facility in Coventry is part of a 50m investment that will help customers to stay competitive.

The Solution:

Following a successful tender process TDI Systems Ltd were appointed principle contractor following the base build completion back in March 2024 to oversee the internal fit out of the warehouse costing in the region of 34m. On a project that lasted 6months we were appointed principal contractor to oversee the internal fit out works which included a fully automated retrieval system and provide full CDM services throughout the build. Our works consisted of both single and double skin steel partitions, plasterboard partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, security fencing and decorations.

The Outcome:

All works were completed on time & within budget and will drive forward DP Worlds ambition to the UK’s leading provider of end-to-end logistics.
