To facilitate Utopia’s growing operations in conjunction with DP World we helped fit out a specifically designed warehouse in Bicester. The 25,000 square metre site includes high-density storage and robotic transfer of products, to enable smooth and efficient distribution of over 30 million units a year across the UK and export markets. On a project that lasted 19 weeks, we were appointed both principal contractor & principal designer to oversee the fit-out and provided full CDM services throughout the build. Our works included extensive new welfare/toilet facilities on the ground floor, both first and second floor offices, meeting rooms & boardrooms, suspended ceilings, white rocking, flooring & decorations throughout.
